If you’d like to cancel your Rosie AI Premium subscription, you can do so easily through our Customer Portal.
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription:
Go to the Customer Portal: Click here to access the portal.
Log in using the email associated with your Rosie AI account.
Find Your Subscription: Once logged in, you’ll see your active Rosie AI subscription details.
Cancel Your Subscription: Click the "Cancel Subscription" button and follow the prompts to confirm.
After canceling, you’ll retain access to Premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
